Graduate Research Assistant, AI Hardware
Purdue University SCALE
West Lafayette, IN
Fall 2024 - Present
As a Graduate Researcher for the Scalable Asymmetric Lifecycle Engagement (SCALE) program at Purdue University, I develop course modules aimed at teaching AI-inspired hardware design and AI workload accelerator design. My focus is on crafting educational content for undergraduates in the semiconductor and chip design domains, integrating real-world applications of AI and hardware to prepare students for emerging industry challenges.

Head Graduate Teaching Assistant, ASIC Design
Purdue University Electrical and Computer Engineering
West Lafayette, IN
Summer 2024 - Present
As the Head Graduate Teaching Assistant for Purdue's Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) Laboratory, I lead the laboratory portion of the course to equip students with digital design skills, industry-standard tool comprehension, and knowledge of core System-on-Chip (SoC) concepts like Communication Protocols, Bus Protocols, and Computational Accelerators. Recently, I spearheaded a major redesign of the lab content, overhauling all six introductory labs, rewriting manuals for all 11 labs, and conducting integration testing of a new back-end EDA system.
In addition to teaching, I mentor and support a team of over 20 undergraduate TAs and fellow Graduate TAs to ensure effective instruction for more than 150 students each semester. I am also integrating AI-based content into both the lab and lecture components to meet evolving industry demands.

Intern, Microelectronics Engineering
L3Harris Technologies
Palm Bay, FL
Summmer 2024
As a Microelectronics intern at L3Harris, I led the development of a Python-based database solution to streamline the organization, selection, and delivery of field-ready optics hardware for a remote manufacturing team. This solution leveraged specification performance testing data to improve efficiency. Additionally, I played a key role in the component organization and systems packout for a billion-dollar, 5-year contract, ensuring the safe handling and transit of mission-critical hardware.

Peer Mentor / Teaching Assistant, Chip Design
Purdue University STARS Program
West Lafayette, IN
Summer 2023
I served as a lead teaching assistant on the Chip Design Track in the inaugural Summer Training, Awareness, and Readiness for Semiconductors (STARS) Program, funded through the CHIPS Act's provision for semiconductor education and workforce development. In addition to standard lab TA responsibilities, I organized and delivered impromptu lecture sessions to address knowledge gaps among students and advised two teams on their final projects, which involved designing custom digital, multi-channel synthesizer hardware and accompanying speaker systems.
To foster a sense of community, I also organized social events to transform the 'Semiconductor Bootcamp' into a more engaging Semiconductor Summer Camp. These included weekly volleyball matches - highlighted on Purdue's front page for STARS' first year - as well as the traditional Purdue Fountain Run.

Intern, Systems Engineering
Raytheon Technologies Intelligence and Space
Marlborough, MA
Summer 2022
As a Systems Engineer at Raytheon, I focused on system integration, radar processing upgrades, and the development of engineering tools for next-generation prototyping and current-generation maintenance of deployable military Air Traffic Control systems. I gained experience with project management tools, industry-standard software practices, and various aspects of project lifecycle support. My key achievement was optimizing a device profiling software tool, increasing its performance by 19x and transforming it from an unusable program into a frequently used testing resource.

Student Ambassador, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering
2022 - Present
I serve as a Student Ambassador for the Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, where I showcase Purdue ECE to prospective students and their families and encourage First-Year Engineers to pursue a track in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In this role, I also engage with faculty, connect with industry professionals, and participate in outreach efforts with program alumni.

Undergraduate Research Assistant, Resistive RAM
NanoX Lab
West Lafayette, IN
2023 - 2024
As an Undergraduate Researcher in the NanoX Lab under Dr. Haitong Li, I focused on evaluating and characterizing Hafnium Oxide-based Resistive RAM devices. These devices are designed for dense, high-bandwidth, multi-level cell memories optimized for AI and Machine Learning workloads, with applications in both nonvolatile and volatile storage. My role involved extracting key parameters from test data collected from fabricated cells to develop an industry-capable simulation model.

Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, ASIC Design & Digital Design
Purdue University Electrical and Computer Engineering
West Lafayette, IN
2022 - 2024
I worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for four semesters in Purdue ECE's introductory Digital Design and ASIC Design courses. One semester focused on digital design and circuit prototyping, while the other three centered on ASIC design. In this role, I facilitated lab assignments by evaluating student progress, grading assignments, and assisting with physical circuit and code debugging. I also reinforced key course concepts through instructional sessions, helping students deepen their understanding of digital and ASIC design.

Undergraduate Research Assistant, Neuron Modeling
DBEST Lab
West Lafayette, IN
2021 - 2022
At the Digital-Biomedical Embedded Systems and Technology Lab, I developed scalable Hyperbolic Neuron Models for neuromorphic, brain-inspired hardware, as well as applications in Computational Neuroscience. Under the mentorship of Dr. Faezipour, I gained valuable experience in technical reading, technical writing, and interfacing my research with other ongoing work. These skills led to two publications and the opportunity to present my findings as a first author at the 2022 Engineering in Medicine and Biology Conference in Glasgow, Scotland.

Consumer Sales Advisor
Best Buy
Marlborough, MA
Summer 2021
I worked as a Consumer Sales Advisor at Best Buy, where I gained valuable experience in adapting my communication to suit varying levels of technical understanding. Leveraging my expertise in computing, I helped match customers with the right products and solutions, ensuring their needs were met effectively. I prioritized ethical practices, balancing the interests of my employer with the best outcomes for customers by focusing on delivering high-quality, complete solutions rather than simply maximizing sales volume.
