Hello, I'm Aidan Prendergast,

an Electrical and Computer Engineer at Purdue University, where I'm pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Computer Architecture and Advanced Semiconductor Engineering. My primary interests include Accelerator Design, Device Architecture, Memory Systems, Datapath Architecture, and AI Applications.

Currently, I serve as the Head Graduate Teaching Assistant for ASIC Design at Purdue ECE, and I am actively involved in AI Hardware research with the SCALE Program, a DOD-Sponsored Laboratory.

AI Hardware Research

With SCALE, we're designing coursework for the next generation of AI-Equipped Hardware Engineers.

Project Chronomancer

Out-of-Order was covered in my Architecture course, but I'm dying to get more hands-on. Take a look at the project team I founded here:

Hardware-Emulated NES Senior Design

My capstone project led my team and I to reverse-engineer the Nintendo Entertainment System and get an FPGA hooked up to real NES games.
